Hong Kong Trip - Day 4




Day 4 was the day for DISNEYLAND!!! :)

I was already wearing the new shirt and sweater that I bought.

B bought the blue shirt for me though.

It was one of my Xmas gift from her, amongst other stuff.

Starting off the day by camwhoring :DD

B was saying that I got the Korean/Boyband feel over here, like a pretty boy :)








We then went to meet up with the rest at the lobby before heading for our breakfast!

It was another cafe near our Hotel (p/s: I seriously think our hotel very convenient)

Basically, such cafes like these are sprawled around HK, at every street and corner.

And they usually have very similar menus like this one below.





They all come in sets. And its rather cheap :)








Cannot decide what to eat, to share or don't share, because the portion is quite huge.













The "cannot-wake-up（睡不醒）" face in the morning, AGAIN.

THE WANTON IS FUCKING TOFULICIOUS!!!









This is mine - Roast Goose Rice.

One look and you can tell that its damn shiok.

Mouth-watering to the MAX!!! ^^







Roast Chicken Rice.

I still think Chicken Rice from Singapore nicer, coz the rice is specially cooked in chicken broth.

Here, its just plain rice with the Roast Chicken atop.

Notice that the chilli is different too.








Got craving for pork chop and scrambled eggs, so we ordered this extra set to share :)

After our hearty breakfast, we got on our way to Disneyland.

We took the MTR and had to transfer to the other line along the way.





And if you thought the travelator at the Bishan/Serangoon one in SG was long...

Wait till you see the one above. Stretched on for so long till we can camwhore.

The MTR actually goes all the way straight to Disneyland.

No bus transfers required. Super convenient can! :)

Anyway, I've got a question.

Should I wear contacts?

I wanna have eyes (or eyeballs, at least) that are as HUGE as Ferynn's!!!

But then, I got phobia of wearing contacts, retarded as it may seem -.-

Because Sam once told me that his contacts went to the back of his eyeballs once,

And he had a tough time trying to get that bugger out from his eyes. Damn scary.

I think ah, I will probably only try it if someone forces me to wear it.

Like shuff it into my eyes or something like that. Please don't okay :(

Once you walk out of the station, you will kinda feel transported to somewhere magical.

It just feels very bright and cheery, and everything just seemed so wonderful.










We reached the iconic entrance of disneyland! YAY! ^^

And it was really really really freezing cold in Disneyland.

Probably because the area is near the sea??? Or so, I heard.

This was at the entrance, and we saw quite a few people taking pictures with it.

Once we entered Disneyland, this was the first sight that greeted us.

A Disney Train station and a picture of Mickey formed using flowers!

Really, I think its very true.

Once you step into this place, its as if you've entered the realm of fantasy.

And the lines of reality becomes blurred, because everything just has the "light" feel.

The kind which makes you feel as if you are floating, like Peter Pan!

WAAAAAAAAAHHH!

When I saw this picture of Stitch, I thought of their resemblance almost in an instant.

And so, I forced B to take this picture below! :)))







Their facial features and expressions damn similar right?!@#$!!

Oh, and they had these big-ass hats of Stitch sold at the stores around Disneyland.

We even spotted this girl wearing the Pink one , walking around with her Bf.

I think damn AA (attract attention) lor! Somemore she's an adult. YUCKS.

Trying too hard to be cute.












Bubble machine that spews bubbles continuously.

Obviously, the kids were fascinated.

A beautifully decorated Xmas tree near the entrance.

One that we cannot resist taking a picture with :)

Oh, and did I mention? We took about 200+ pictures on that day alone!








Then, along came Goofy and people around started to snap pictures.





But then again, Goofy wasn't the popular mascot there.





Mickey and Minnie were.





Look at the fucking queue.

Long like Pinnochio -.-



And all we could do was to wait patiently, and take photos.





















That day, there was a school performance too.

Well, it did entertained us a little while we waited :)




And I can't help but notice the red flowers.

The colours are really vibrant and so full of life that it kinda made me feel happy!









The queue really moved like a snail.

Which is why it takes an entire day to fully exerience everything in Disneyland.















While waiting, I couldnt help but notice this Indian family in front of us.





The girl was being rather noisy, and I was drawn to the ears of her dad.

What really intringue me, was the amount of hairs on her Dad's ears.

It was almost as if he had fur on his ear, like some bear or hairy creature -.-




Then, we saw another comical sight as well.

The "act-cute" lady who was walking around wearing the PINK AA HAT.

And I thought only little kids would like such stuff. FHL




Anyway, I think we waited almost an hr for our turn to take photos with Mickey & Minnie.







Our plan was initially to hug the opposite gender.

But I don't know why we didn't do it in the end :)))






Ended up, I put my arms around Mickey, while Minnie held my other arm :)

And Minnie was rather flirtatious too, she kept curtsey-ing and posing in a girly manner.

I was wondering, what if both Mickey and Minnie were dudes!!!

We just randomly took a picture with this lady on the street :)

And she readily obliged. How sweet of her!





Then, there was the Disney Parade held at certain time of the day.

It was a loud and boisterious affair, but not really interesting though, at least to me.





This was our first ride of the day.






Not scary at all, coz it just goes round and round, but at a pretty fast rate too.












Next up was this - The Space Mountain.





This one was much more thrilling, and even scary to a certain extent.

It's basically an indoor roller coaster, and it travels at a really fast speed.





You see my hair, SWEPT BACK okay!

All of us yelled and screamed like mad -.-





After the ride, we browsed a little around the soveneir store, and took pictures!

And with that, we were done with Adventure Land.









We then proceeded towards Fantasy Land :)

And how can it be Fantasy Land without the Carousel? :)

There was this show going on too, and it was performed in Cantonese + English -.-































I love carousels! :))

I think the ride gives you a very magical and almost unrealistic feel that somehow...

Detaches one from the harsh and cruel truths of life.





Next up, we went to watch the 4D performance in the Disney Theatre.







It was my first time watching a 4D show, and I was really fascinated.

The show was damn cool, and the special glasses were really magical.

During the show, we could see and feel the characters come to life.

Splashes of water were sprayed onto us, and we can even smell what's in the show.

All thanks to 4D ^^






Oh, and this picture was taken using the Disneyland night glasses.

The lights in the theme park will turn into snowflakes or stars, so cool!!!










Both of us had Sesame Ice Cream and Corn on the Cob! :)

Damn shiok lah!

Especially having the ice cream in the freezing weather!







See? After eating the ice cream, got energy to lift buckets! :)








Then, we went on next to queue up for a picture with Tigger!






While waiting in the queue, a quick picture ^^

This time round, the waiting time was much shorter as there weren't as much people.

I guess Tigger is probably not as popular as Mickey and Minnie!
























Then, we went to take a picture with another Minnie :)








Check out the beautiful architecture of the pavillion!





The whole place just seems like its out of a fairy tale.

The face looks a little weird though, not round and chubby enough.








It's night time even before we knew it, and this was taken using the special glasses.






We decided to take this ride - Cup & Saucer


The one which you sit inside and spin this wheel that turns your cup in circles.

B kept pleading with me to stop, but the more she pleads, the faster I spin the wheel!

HAHAHAHAHA so fun :)













Then we headed for the indoor ferry ride.




And we got to see plenty of characters and decor that moved and bobbed along.



















































After which, we found a nice spot and settled down in front of the Castle.

We were patiently waiting for the Fireworks to start! :)))






What a pretty sight to behold!

The castle was lit up by bright flashing lights which changed with the music.

The fireworks were then released and added much excitement to the light display.







It was a magnificent display, and everyone just cheered in gleeful joy!

You just have to be there to experience the wonderful moment itself :)



























The fireworks display finally came to an end after a good 10 mins or so.

Drawing our day to a wonderful finale :)





Once the fireworks ended, we immediately made our way outta Disneyland!

I kept rushing everyone, coz it was gonna be crowded if the rest start to leave.

Hence, we were practically running outta Disneyland, and chiong-ing to the MTR!

Fortunately, we were of the 1 first few to arrive and we took the 1st train back to Kowloon.










Met a really adorable girl on the train back.

I asked if she wants to take a picture with us, and she readily agreed :)












We then bid our goodbyes to her as we had to change to another train :)









Was on the way back to the hotel when we bought the famed Xu Liu Shan!!!






Got the craving for it during the first 2-3 days, but we were always too full to try.

But then, already 4th day and we haven't tried, how can??!? :(

So, we die die also must buy before we head back to SG








And I must say, it was really good. Never regret at all.

There was something special about its syrup and ice.

One was mango puree, the other was watermelon, I think.

Add them all up, and you get this flavour burst in your mouth! :)






We were hungry too, and we bought our all time favourite.

It tasted damn awesome, even though the soup has dried up when we got back to hotel.

Nevertheless, we finished up every single strand and drop of soup. Nothing left.

And then, we took our showers and crashed, coz we were going to Ocean Park the next day!
